A Word about Our Products

Thank you for shopping in Every Good Gift’s online store. We are committed to providing high quality products for our customers. One essential aspect of the job training our employees receive is learning attention to detail. All of our fine products are individually handmade by the women of Every Good Gift – the single mothers and the volunteers. For that reason you may find slight variations between the photos and the products shipped to you. When products are labelled “assorted,” the designs vary significantly.

Local Pickup Option (Free Shipping Alternative)

If you live in the Glenside, PA area and are willing to pick up your own order, we offer a “free shipping” alternative. When you first go to your shopping cart, you will see the shipping charges added to your total, but if you continue through, just before you pay, you will be presented with a “Local Pickup” option. Check the box and your shipping charges will be removed from the total. We will then contact you to arrange pickup.

Christmas and/or Seasonal Products

If you are interested in specific items for Christmas (or any other holiday), please let us know. We have seasonal fabrics as well as customizable products. Consider one of our custom seasonal gift baskets! Simply contact us.

Custom Orders

Let us create something unique for you – gift baskets, favors for a wedding, shower, or event. We can customize most products that we make.

Use our contact form to describe what you would like and when you need it. We will reply quickly to let you know if we can fulfill your request in the time period available.

For a gift basket, you can either describe what you would like included or bring us the contents. We will turn it into a stunning gift basket.

Please contact us with any special request, and we will do our best to fulfill it. You can either use Order Notes when you are completing an order, or you can use our contact form.

Shipping (Excluding Gift Baskets)

All orders, except for gift baskets, are shipped by US Postal Service within 10 business days. If you need an order shipped more quickly, use our contact form to let us know. We will advise you in advance if we can ship sooner and if there will be an extra charge for overnight delivery. We take the utmost care to insure your order arrives safely. Please contact us right away if you receive damaged items.

Gift Basket Delivery/Charges

Gift baskets are only available in the five-county Philadelphia area. They are personally delivered rather than shipped. We make every effort to avoid a delivery charge by having volunteers deliver your basket to you. If a volunteer is not available on the delivery date requested, we will add a delivery charge of $25.

Alternatively, you may pick up the basket. As you complete your order, please indicate how we may contact you to plan delivery by putting contact information on the Order Notes at checkout time. Be sure to include a daytime phone number.

Returns

If you need to return an order for any reason, please use our contact form to let us know. When items are returned in excellent condition within 30 days, the purchase price minus shipping costs will be refunded to you. If you receive a damaged item, a replacement will be sent to you.

Orders Over $60

Orders over $60 may incur an additional shipping charge that will not appear in the cart or on the invoice. We will contact you by email or phone if the shipping charge will be higher than the cart reflects.
