Meet Our Team

Our Staff

Jill Page Goss
Executive Director

Jill has worked with young single mothers for over twenty years, leading a small group program for teen mothers in Philadelphia public schools, offering housing and case management to pregnant and parenting teens and young women, and serving on the board of an urban pregnancy resource center. These experiences have demonstrated the value of mentoring in a small group setting, shown the challenges young mothers face, even with government assistance, and inspired the desire to start Every Good Gift.

Christy Hoffmann
Program Coordinator

Christy loves God and serving God’s people. She has been married for 26 years and has four kids.  She and her family moved to the Kensington section of Philadelphia to be involved in ministry to the neighborhood.  For seven years Christy led her church’s after school program and organized outreaches and events for her block.  Though she now lives in another part of the city, Christy still has a heart for Kensington.  She is excited to join the Every Good Gift team and to serve young moms and their children.

Mariluz Cruz-Gonzalez
Assistant Kensington Coordinator (part-time)

Mariluz was born and raised in Philadelphia. She is married with 6 children and has lived in the Kensington area for over 13 years. Since she has been in similar circumstances in the past, Mariluz knows the Lord can help the women of Every Good Gift as He helped her. She believes God placed her at EGG, and she loves the connection she has with the moms.

Lise Moser
Administrative Assistant
(part-time)

Lise, an Ohio native who loves trail running, moved to Glenside in 2002 for her husband Mark’s studies at Westminster Seminary. Lise had the privilege of homeschooling their four children, all but one of whom have graduated and are pursuing their own paths. Before joining EGG, she directed and tutored for Classical Conversations, where she cherished the opportunity to build relationships with parents and students while learning alongside them. She loves working behind the scenes to bring order to chaos. Driven by a desire for ministry to be integral to her daily life, she is grateful to have joined the team at Every Good Gift.

Stephanie Avellino
Ally Coordinator
(part-time)

Stephanie is a wife, mom, home educator, holistic coach, and grandmother. She and her husband Keith were married in 1988 and have nine children and eight grandchildren. Stephanie has worked in many different roles, but supporting women as mothers has been one of her greatest joys. Stephanie is super thankful to serve as Ally Coordinator, which enables her to support the women of Every Good Gift and the endeavors of the staff.

Judy Krasinski
Development Coordinator
(part-time)

Judy Krasinski is excited to join the team and to witness God’s love and restoration at work through Every Good Gift. Her past experience includes teaching high school in the New York City public school system and working in
human resources in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. 15 years ago, she moved to the Greater Philadelphia area with her husband Craig. She is the proud mother of two adult sons and a doggie daughter.

Kirsten Sebright
Development Coordinator
(part-time)

Kirsten grew up in the Greater Philadelphia area and returned “home” when she began her non-profit career 16 years ago.  For the past 11 years Kirsten spent her days raising her three sons and was excited for the opportunity to return to mission-driven work through the opportunity with Every Good Gift.  She has a servant’s heart and is excited to use her non-profit experience to grow the revenue at EGG and expand its life-changing efforts in our community.

Mark Moser
Technology Coordinator
(part-time)

Mark brings a mix of tech skills and ministry experience to his part-time role at Every Good Gift. Previously he spent years in the corporate world teaching computer programming and various software technologies. He also served for a decade as Pastor of New Life Glenside, and he is currently finishing a PhD in Theology and Apologetics at Westminster Theological Seminary. Mark and his wonderful wife Lise (Administrative Assistant for EGG) have four children.
