Jill Page
Executive Director

Jill has worked with young single mothers for over twenty years, leading a small group program for teen mothers in Philadelphia public schools, offering housing and case management to pregnant and parenting teens and young women, and serving on the board of an urban pregnancy resource center. These experiences have demonstrated the value of mentoring in a small group setting, shown the challenges young mothers face, even with government assistance, and inspired the desire to start Every Good Gift.


Candice Stephenson
Business Manager

Candice was born and raised in Jamaica where she developed a deep love for family, community and the Church. She graduated from the University of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Business. She has launched her own hair care line and has done website development for a number of businesses. She is a member of the St. John’s Anglican Church where she stays very involved in small groups, Sunday worship, and Bible studies.

Melissa Shaffer
Kensington Program Coordinator

Melissa has a strong desire to see God at work shaping the hearts, minds, and lives of young women and children in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia. She previously worked at an emergency shelter for people experiencing homelessness and at a home that ministered to young mothers and their children. Melissa is currently getting her Master of Divinity degree at Alliance Theological Seminary. She loves living in Philadelphia and is excited to be a part of the Every Good Gift ministry.

Rev. Louis Prontnicki
Board President

Lou received his Master of Divinity degree at Westminster Theological Seminary, has served as a foreign missionary and has been the pastor of Maple Glen Bible Fellowship Church for over thirty years.

Joseph Comanda
Board Vice President

Joseph has over 35 years of experience working as a developer of web- and windows-based applications for small and medium-sized clients. He is also a deacon and treasurer of the Broomall Reformed Presbyterian Church.

David Channing, CPA
Board Treasurer

David has been a financial executive at several businesses, has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations, and is now the Executive Director of New Life Thrift Store, which recently opened a second store. David’s accounting practice, David Channing, CPA, specializes in non-profit organizations.

Ed Barnes
Board Member

Ed is a financial advisor and currently serves as the President of BLB&B Plan Services, which designs, builds, and manages retirement plans for corporate and non-profit clients. He is a long-time member of New Life Presbyterian Church (Glenside) and is active on the boards of several non-profit organizations.

Teresa Faircloth
Board Member

Teresa Faircloth holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University. After working as a surgical nurse for ten years, she transitioned into hospital administration. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and a Green Belt in Six Sigma. Currently she does Quality and Safety for Medical Staff Professional Practice at Capital Health Medical Center.

Kimberly Monroe
Board Member

Kimberly is the managing editor for the Journal of Biblical Counseling which is published by the Christian Counseling & Educational Foundation (CCEF) in Glenside, PA. She has a master’s degree from Westminster Theological Seminary and is a member of New Life Presbyterian Church (Glenside) where she is involved in the Women’s Bible Study ministry.

Alice Park
Board Member

Alice graduated from Rutgers with degrees in Psychology and Sociology. She has been involved in children’s ministry for many years and currently serves as Children’s Ministry Co-Director at her church. She is married with two children and has been a mentor/discipler with Every Good Gift for several years.
