Whom We Serve

Every Good Gift is a business that serves as a ministry to the young women we employ.

Our employees are single mothers who have often experienced poverty, instability, or other trauma in their lives. Like all good mothers, our employees are working hard to provide healthy, stable childhoods for their children.

Their time at Every Good Gift enables the moms to find employment, establish or strengthen a relationship with the Lord, grow in independence from government assistance, and thrive as a family.

Our Organizational Goals

Women will be able to provide for themselves and their children in the long term, will develop true friendships, will be introduced to the Living God, and will have support in making healthy choices in relationships and parenting.

Customers will choose to make purchases from Every Good Gift because of the quality of the products and the value-added aspect of the ministry.

Volunteers and staff will learn from the employees, will see how much we have in common, and will grow in understanding God’s heart of compassion, mercy, and justice for the poor and needy.

All whom we serve and who serve with us will develop a closer walk with Jesus.

Our Core Values

  • Christianity. We are sinners, saved and given new birth by the redemptive work of Christ alone, now sons and daughters who seek to live by Biblical principles, honor the Lord in all we do, and trust in God’s providential care.

  • Compassion. We desire to reflect God’s heart of mercy and justice for the vulnerable.

  • Mentorship & Discipleship. We provide mentoring and discipling, a means God uses to bring change and growth, to equip vulnerable women for life’s challenges.

Our Statement of Faith

From the National Association of Evangelicals

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
