About Our Masks

Every Good Gift’s fabric face masks are made with two layers of cotton fabric and have elastic ear loops. They can be ordered with or without a nose clip.

Fabrics

The masks come in a variety of fabric choices. We offer several masks with specific fabrics visible in the photographs. In addition, we have other floral and general prints available upon request. To order a mask with one of these fabrics, select one of the “Pick Your Own Fabric” masks.

Styles

We have two styles of masks – with and without pleats. Most of them are without pleats, but do check out our “Pick Your Own Fabric” pleated mask.

Sizes

Unless otherwise noted, the masks are available in 3 sizes:

  • The children’s size is 9 inches wide.
  • The adult medium size is 9.5 inches wide, and the elastic ear loops are 1 inch longer on each side than the children’s.
  • The adult large size is 9.5 – 10 inches wide, and the elastic ear loops are 1 inch longer on each side than the adult medium.

Note that the pleated masks, only available for adults, are all 8″ x 3″ when folded and 8″ x 5″ when the pleats are opened.

Fulfillment Time

We try hard to fulfill your order as soon as possible, but in some cases it may take up to 3 weeks to deliver the masks.

For a gift basket, you can either describe what you would like included or bring us the contents. We will turn it into a stunning gift basket.

Shipping (Excluding Gift Baskets)

All orders, except for gift baskets, are shipped by US Postal Service within 10 business days. If you need an order shipped more quickly, use our contact form to let us know. We will advise you in advance if we can ship sooner and if there will be an extra charge for overnight delivery. We take the utmost care to insure your order arrives safely. Please contact us right away if you receive damaged items.

If you live in the Glenside, PA area and are willing to pick up your own order, we offer a “free shipping” alternative. When you first go to your shopping cart, you will see the shipping charges added to your total, but if you continue through, just before you pay, you will be presented with a “Local Pickup” option. Check the box and your shipping charges will be removed from the total. We will then contact you to arrange pickup.

Gift Basket Delivery/Charges

Gift baskets are only available in the five-county Philadelphia area. They are personally delivered rather than shipped. We make every effort to avoid a delivery charge by having volunteers deliver your basket to you. If a volunteer is not available on the delivery date requested, we will add a delivery charge of $25.

Alternatively, you may pick up the basket. As you complete your order, please indicate how we may contact you to plan delivery by putting contact information on the Order Notes at checkout time. Be sure to include a daytime phone number.

Returns

If you need to return an order for any reason, please use our contact form to let us know. When items are returned in excellent condition within 30 days, the purchase price minus shipping costs will be refunded to you. If you receive a damaged item, a replacement will be sent to you.

Orders Over $60

Orders over $60 may incur an additional shipping charge that will not appear in the cart or on the invoice. We will contact you by email or phone if the shipping charge will be higher than the cart reflects.
