Program Coordinator
Full Time or Part Time

The Program Coordinator position at Every Good Gift (EGG) can be either one full-time or two part-time positions. A full time Coordinator will oversee operations at both sites; a part-time Coordinator supervises one of the two sites, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and beliefs (please see website). Reporting to the Executive Director, the Coordinator leads and supervises staff and volunteers and orientation and training of new employees. The Coordinator manages product creation to fulfill orders, create inventory, and ensures delivery of weekly workshops and Bible studies by guest speakers, while also providing spiritual care and fostering a supportive environment for employees and volunteers. Additionally, the Coordinator maintains communication with the ED and host churches and receives and distributes material donations to employees.

Applicants for the Program Coordinator role should possess a strong Christian faith, and a commitment to applying Biblical principles in their work and to the complex issues faced by the employees. They should demonstrate empathy towards young women in need and their children, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize assignments. Essential skills include organization, communication, and proficiency in computer applications. Previous experience working with marginalized communities, particularly women from generational poverty, is preferred. Skill in making EGG’s products is a plus.  Candidates must pass FBI, criminal and child abuse checks, and exhibit reliability, confidentiality, and resilience under pressure. A car is essential and mileage will be reimbursed.

Administrative Assistant
10-15 Hours per Week

The Administrative Assistant position at Every Good Gift (EGG) is a part-time role based at EGG’s Glenside office and works closely with the Executive Director and Business Manager. Responsibilities include communicating with individuals and groups within and outside EGG, supporting projects and events, maintaining and updating records, and order fulfillment and shipping.  The Admin will be involved in preparations for the annual fundraiser, mailings, and craft fairs and sales.   

Applicants for the Administrative Assistant role should possess a genuine Christian faith and a  concern for young women in need. They should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments. Additionally, candidates must exhibit reliability, confidentiality, and adherence to time-sensitive deadlines. Proficiency in verbal and written communication, basic math, and Google Workspace is required. Familiarity with Canva and Constant Contact is a plus. While prior experience is preferred, candidates with relevant skills and a willingness to learn will also be considered.  A car is essential and mileage will be reimbursed.
